Mudurnu Tavukçuluk Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Zuhal Daştan, çalıştıracak işçi bulmakta zorlandıklarını, böyle devam ettiği takdirde Afrika ve Nijerya'dan işçi getirip çalıştıracaklarını söyledi.

Daştan, balık mevsiminde tavukçuluğun zarar ettiğini belirterek, balığın, tavuğun en büyük rakibi olduğunu, balık sezonunun açık olduğu dönemlerde tavukçuluğun zarar ettiğini savundu.

Özellikle kasım, aralık, ocak, şubat ve mart aylarında balığın bolca bulunduğunu, bu aylar içerisinde tavuğu zararına sattıklarını ifade eden Daştan, “Bu aylarda fiyat düşük olmalı ki, vatandaş bizi tercih etsin. Balık yasağı başlayınca fiyat normale dönmeye başlar” dedi.
Daştan, Mudurnu'da çalışacak eleman bulmakta zorlandıklarını dile getirerek, şöyle konuştu:

“Mudurnu Tavukçuluk olarak İstanbul ve Kocaeli'nde bulunan fabrikalarımızı kapattık ve Mudurnu'daki fabrikada çift vardiya olarak çalışmaya başladık. Bu yüzden çalışacak elemana ihtiyacımız var. Ama eleman bulmakta zorlanıyoruz. Şimdi yeşil kart hikayesi var gündemde, ardından da CHP'nin (her aileye 600 lira vereceğim) demesi. Fabrikada 526 kişi çalışıyor.

Mudurnu'dan eleman bulamadığımız için Nallıhan'dan eleman getirdik çalışması için. Nallıhan'dan çalışması için 50-60 kişinin gelmesine bekliyorduk ama 19 kişi geldi. Eğer böyle devam ederse Afrika ve Nijerya'dan işçi getirip çalıştıracağız. Herkese para veriliyor. Başka çare yok. Vatandaş çalışmayı çok fazla sevmiyor. Eleman bulamıyoruz. Bulsaydık salam, sosis ve naget işlemler bölümünü faaliyete geçirecektik ve 110 kişi de bu bölümde çalışmaya başlayacaktı. Bırakın standart çalışanı, vasıfsız eleman bulmak bile zor.”
